What to know before you go
Pasco County polls are open now for the general election, and Dade City voters still have time to cast a ballot before the doors close at 7 p.m. The elections office says to confirm your polling place before you leave and bring the required ID; if you do not have it, you may have to vote provisionally.
If you moved within Florida and have not updated your address, the county says to check PascoVotes.gov for your new polling location and allow time to update your record at the polls.
Free ride option
GoPasco is offering free bus rides to polling places today from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Riders need a valid Voter Information Card, and the service is limited to primary and general election days rather than early voting. The county says the program is a partnership with the Supervisor of Elections.
