Feels like they've been talking about the 301 work through town for years. With trucks backed up past Meridian half the day it's hurting the downtown shops. Has anyone seen an actual schedule?

FDOT's been doing the design phase. From the last city meeting, real construction isn't until they sort the truck-route question. Don't hold your breath.

Honestly I just take Fort King over to 52 to skip the worst of it now.

Yeah the truck traffic is the real problem. A bypass would do more than widening ever will.
