Ledbetter Chiropractic Relocates From Zephyrhills to Dade City, Expands Into Rehab and Wellness Center

Dr. Josh Ledbetter's chiropractic and wellness practice has left Zephyrhills for good and set up shop in Dade City, expanding its services under a new name: Ledbetter Mind + Body Restoration. The new office sits on the second floor of the Lyman Professional Center at 36739 County Road 52, Suite 209, and held its grand opening Sept. 22.

The practice isn't new to the area. Ledbetter opened it in 2019 and built a client base around chiropractic adjustments and nutrition counseling out of Zephyrhills. The move puts that established provider directly in Dade City, giving families here a local option for care that used to mean a drive to a neighboring town.

The expansion is more than a change of address. Alongside chiropractic care, the Dade City center is adding rehabilitation and wellness technology, including non-invasive treatments aimed at pain relief, muscle strengthening, pelvic floor therapy, and mental clarity. The practice describes its approach as treating patients "from newborns to seniors," evaluating how the brain, nervous system, muscles, and joints work together before building an individual care plan.

What's inside the new location

According to the practice, treatments now offered at the Dade City office include:

• Chiropractic adjustments for spinal health, mobility, and nervous system function
• Non-invasive transcranial magnetic therapy marketed as a mood, focus, and mental clarity treatment
• Pelvic floor and muscle-strengthening therapy for postpartum recovery and rehabilitation
• Infrared laser therapy for chronic and acute muscle and joint pain
• Whole-food nutritional supplements and consultations

The office is reached by taking the elevator to the second floor from the building's front lobby, then turning right twice; it's the last door on the right, according to the practice's own directions for new patients.

Dade City has seen a scattering of small medical and wellness practices open along the County Road 52 corridor in recent years, and this addition slots into that pattern rather than breaking new ground geographically. What sets it apart locally is the scope: a single practice now offering chiropractic care, physical rehabilitation, and wellness technology under one roof, inside the city rather than just outside it.
